KES 60M
Factory construction & expansion
Structure, civil works and machinery interfaces.
BUILDING SINCE 1998Let’s talk Factory construction, expansion and specialist finishes, coordinated around production spaces and machinery.

New and existing factory buildings
Connect new construction to an existing tea-production building, bringing rolling, sorting, packing and dispatch spaces into one programme.
Measured layouts and trade schedules linked the steel structure, mezzanine supports and machine foundations. Offices, wet areas and dispatch access were coordinated around the production spaces.
The specialist flooring scope covers 3,200 m²: 1,900 m² at 6 mm and 1,300 m² at 3 mm. Surface preparation, crack repairs and formed coves connect the flooring to its edges and working surfaces.
The KES 60M main construction ran from February to October 2026 and was completed in October. Epoxy, offices and building-envelope works are separate packages; together, the overall programme is approximately KES 90M.

Painting across 14,730.40 m² of surfaces and louvre works were completed on 19 October 2026, within the agreed 21-calendar-day programme.
Access and surface preparation, painting, louvre fabrication and installation were coordinated across the package.
